Co2 fractional laser is a gas laser. Its principle of action is "local photothermal effect". It generates array of tiny light beams through dot matrix laser. After acting on the skin, it forms a number of three-dimensional columnar micro thermal damage areas. Each micro damage area is surrounded by undamaged normal tissue, and its keratinocytes can quickly crawl and heal. In this way, the proliferation of collagen fibers and elastic fibers can be rearranged, the content of type I collagen fibers can be close to the normal proportion, the structure of pathological scar tissue can be changed, and gradually soften and recover the elasticity. The main absorption group is water, which is exactly the main component of the skin.
